Terms and Conditions for Fidelity Boston Limousine:

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

a. A reservation must be made in advance to secure the service. A confirmation email will be sent once the reservation is made.

b. Cancellation of the reservation must be made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the full fare.


Payment:

a. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.

b. A deposit may be required for certain reservations.

c. Fidelity Boston Limousine reserves the right to charge a fee for any damage caused to the vehicle by the client.


Service:

a. Fidelity Boston Limousine is committed to providing luxury service and professionalism to its clients.

b. The chauffeur will arrive on time and provide assistance with luggage.

c. Smoking and consumption of alcohol is prohibited in the vehicle.

d. The client is responsible for any additional costs incurred due to detours or changes in the itinerary.


Liability:

a. Fidelity Boston Limousine is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

b. Fidelity Boston Limousine is not liable for any delays or missed flights due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or road conditions.


Conduct:

a. The client is expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards the chauffeur and the vehicle.

b. The client will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct.


Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts.

b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.


By booking a reservation with Fidelity Boston Limousine, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Fidelity Boston Limousine reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
